  • Glad you stopped by -- now what?
  • What is “Making It Fit”… have you ever felt like you were sitting at a table working on
a thousand-piece puzzle of your life when a long comes a bully and knocks it all on the
floor. Well, if you have, then this site may be for you.

I will share my efforts to pick-up the pieces of my life, but also want you the reader
to join in and share. Granted being a female, my interests and struggles may have that
feminine flare, but this site is for everyone trying to get the picture of their life right.

It is also my desire to set aside a small place on the net where you can sit back and just
forget about “it” – whatever “it” may be. Here is want the site has to offer.

An arcade section of games - “kick back” and maybe release a little stress.

A chat room - to feel more connected.

A calendar - to help you remember what day it really is and our events.

A forum - to talk about your life, interest ...

A wiki - to share information, educate and much more!

Just register and you can take part in our community.

When it is 1 o'clock in the morning ...
So, it is 1 o’clock in the morning and you finally have some time to yourself. Great! Except at this point what the heck can you do with yourself? Your brain is skipping over the details of your life like and 8-track player (hmmm – did I just give away my age?) while your body is in limbo between exhausted and dead. If only you could sleep. Fat chance of that while a million things to do jab at your mind, and all you really want is to find the remote. Tip: missing remote – check the freezer, you might as well start in the last place it could be. Well, I’ve tried to stretch more out of a day but the world won’t budge on the 24 hour deal. That means managing time, people and TV is key. Well that can be more work then the things you really have to do. So here are a few things that worked for me: Invest in a smartphone – By combining the two, you only have to remember to grab one thing when you are rushing out the door, brushing your teeth, and trying to convey the importance of not being late to a 5-year-old. I personally use the Black Berry 8130 Pearl. And, I have a Sprint account with navigation that has saved my butt while trying to navigate the streets of Pittsburgh. Get an internet calendar to keep others in the know – I personal like the google calendar. You can use your own email account without having to create yet another email address. It is free and bonus you can import data straight from Outlook so you don’t have to re-enter ...
